1. If a person who is referred for treatment for mental health issues, treatment for substance use disorders or any other treatment or service by an agency which provides child welfare services or by a court in a case involving a report of child abuse or neglect, the Division shall expedite the application of the person for such treatment or services to ensure that the person receives the treatment or services in a timely manner. 2. As used in this section, 'agency which provides child welfare services' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 432B.030. (Added to NRS by 2009, 329)
