1. The Nevada Statewide Council on Financial Independence may prescribe such bylaws as it deems necessary for its operation. 2. The Council shall meet at the call of the Chair as frequently as required to perform its duties, but not less than quarterly. 3. A majority of the voting members of the Council constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business, and a majority of those voting members present at any meeting is sufficient for any official action taken by the Council. 4. The Council and any working groups appointed pursuant to NRS 422A.483 shall comply with the provisions of chapter 241 of NRS and shall conduct all meetings in accordance with that chapter.
