1. The Administrator shall establish by regulation an agreement of cooperation that must be signed by the head of a household as a condition to the receipt of benefits. 2. The agreement required pursuant to subsection 1 must include a statement of: (a) The actions that the members of the household are expected to take as a condition to the receipt of benefits; and (b) The penalties that may be imposed by the Division pursuant to NRS 422A.560 for failing to comply with the provisions of the agreement or the plan for personal responsibility signed by the head of the household pursuant to NRS 422A.535.
