1. The Division may, within the limitations of available funding, provide for the payment by the Division of certain expenses on behalf of an applicant for benefits if the Division determines that the applicant is not in need of long-term benefits. 2. If the Division provides for the payment of expenses pursuant to subsection 1, the Division shall specify the expenses for which payment may be made. (Added to NRS by 2005, 22nd Special Session, 19)
