1. The Director may accept gifts or grants of money to establish the program required by NRS 422A.620. 2. Money received by the Director pursuant to subsection 1 must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Account for Health Insurance for Children in the State General Fund. The interest and income earned on the money in the Account, after deducting any applicable charges, must be credited to the Account. Money in the Account must only be used for the purposes of the program established pursuant to NRS 422A.620. (Added to NRS by 1987, 1675)—(Substituted in revision for NRS 432A.310)
