On or before January 31 of each year, the Department shall submit to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the Legislature a report concerning activities or services designed to prevent homelessness in this State. The report must include, without limitation, information concerning: 1. The activities of and services provided through the Nevada Housing Crisis Response System established pursuant to NRS 422A.680; 2. Any other activities or services provided by the Department or any division thereof to prevent homelessness; and 3. Any activities or services provided by any other state or local governmental entity, nonprofit organization or other person or entity in this State to prevent homelessness.
