'Provider of homeless services' means an organization that: 1. Is a governmental entity or is exempt from taxation pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3); 2. Operates in this State; and 3. Primarily provides services to persons experiencing homelessness. (Added to NRS by 2023, 1410)
