Upon receiving information from the licensing authority or its approved designee pursuant to NRS 424.155 or evidence from any other source that an owner, member of the governing body, employee, consultant, contractor, volunteer or vendor of a foster care agency who may come into direct contact with a child placed by the foster care agency has been arrested for, has charges pending for or has been convicted of a crime listed in NRS 424.145, the foster care agency shall terminate the employment, contract or volunteer activities of the person after allowing the person time to correct the information as required pursuant to subsection 2. 2. A foster care agency that is so informed shall give the person 30 days to correct the information. 3.
