1. The Division may adopt regulations requiring the certification of a facility or organization, other than a receiving center, if the: (a) Facility or organization provides any type of services for commercially sexually exploited children; and (b) Regulations are necessary to protect the welfare of commercially sexually exploited children. 2. Any regulations adopted pursuant to this section must establish: (a) The process for applying for the issuance or renewal of a certificate; (b) The fee for the issuance or renewal of a certificate; (c) Authorized activities for the holder of a certificate; and (d) Grounds and procedures for imposing disciplinary action against the holder of a certificate.
