Statute 426 084

'Person who is deaf' means any person who, by reason of the loss or impairment of hearing, has an aural disability which limits, contributes to limiting or which, if not corrected, will probably result in limiting the activities or functions of the person. (Added to NRS by 1981, 1916; A 2003, 2630)
