A licensee who operates a vending facility pursuant to the provisions of NRS 426.630 to 426.715, inclusive, may keep a service animal with him or her at all times on the premises where that vending facility is located. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1496; A 1995, 1993; 2005, 628; 2021, 846)
