The Department through the Division may make agreements, arrangements or plans to: 1. Cooperate with the Federal Government in carrying out the purposes of this chapter or of any federal statutes pertaining to the problems of the aged and aging and persons with disabilities and to this end may adopt such methods of administration as are found by the Federal Government to be necessary for the proper and efficient operation of those agreements, arrangements or plans; and 2. Comply with such conditions as may be necessary to secure benefits under those federal statutes. (Added to NRS by 1971, 376; A 1981, 1905; 2009, 2398)
