1. In appropriate cases and under the Administrator’s direction, the Ombudsman or an advocate shall refer the results of an investigation to the governmental agencies with authority to enforce applicable laws and regulations through administrative, civil or criminal proceedings. 2. The Ombudsman or an advocate shall notify the complainant of the ultimate disposition of the matter raised in his or her complaint. (Added to NRS by 1983, 1027; A 1989, 1486; 2009, 43)
