1. The Administrator shall appoint the Executive Director of the Commission. The Executive Director: (a) Is in the unclassified service of the State and serves at the pleasure of the Administrator. (b) Shall perform such duties as are directed by the Administrator, as advised by the Commission. (c) Must not be a member of the Commission. 2. The Division shall provide any additional personnel, facilities, equipment and supplies required by the Commission to carry out the provisions of this section and NRS 427A.750.
