Statute 428 020

For the purposes of NRS 428.010 to 428.110, inclusive: 1. The county of residence of a person is the county in which the person is physically present with the intent to reside, at least for an indefinite period. 2. The county of residence of a person placed in institutional care is the county of residence of that person before the person was placed in institutional care.
