Statute 430a 140

1. Before a family resource center may obtain a grant from the Director, the family resource center: (a) Must submit to the Director an action plan created by the family resource center with input from the family resource center council and local and state elected officials who represent the geographic area in which the family resource center is located; and (b) Must obtain approval from the Director of that action plan. 2. An action plan must be resubmitted to the Director for approval: (a) On or before July 1 of each year; and (b) Any time the family resource center adopts a proposed amendment to the action plan.
