Statute 430a 200

1. On or before August 1 of each year, each family resource center shall submit a report to the Director summarizing its achievements and accounting for the expenditure of any money provided to it by the Director for the previous fiscal year. 2. On or before September 30 of each year, the Director shall provide a written report to the Interim Finance Committee concerning the expenditure during the preceding fiscal year of all money received by the Director for carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
