Not more than 60 percent of the total number of children for whom maintenance is provided pursuant to Part E of Title IV of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 670 et seq., may have been in foster care for more than 24 months. (Added to NRS by 1981, 1600; A 1991, 707)
