Statute 432 154

1. The Account for License Plates for the Support of Missing or Exploited Children is hereby created in the State General Fund. The Director shall administer the Account. 2. The money in the Account does not lapse to the State General Fund at the end of any fiscal year. 3. The money in the Account must only be used to carry out the provisions of NRS 432.150 to 432.220, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 1995, 1666)
