Statute 432a 120

1. An officer or employee engaged in the administration of this chapter shall not use his or her official authority to influence or interfere with an election or affect the results thereof or for any partisan political purpose. Such an officer or employee shall not solicit or receive, or be obliged to contribute or render, any service, assistance, subscription, assessment or contribution for any political purpose. 2. Any officer or employee violating the provisions of this section shall be discharged. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1689)
