Each license issued by the Division must contain: 1. The name of the person or persons authorized to operate the licensed facility; 2. The location of the licensed facility or, if the license is for an outdoor youth program, the area of operation of the program; and 3. The number of beds authorized in the licensed facility, the nature of services offered and the service delivery capacity. (Added to NRS by 1979, 885; A 1991, 2308; 2011, 1367)
