Statute 432a 220

Any person who operates a child care facility without a license issued pursuant to NRS 432A.131 to 432A.220, inclusive, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1979, 887; A 1991, 482; 2005, 2092; 2007, 1193; 2009, 930; 2011, 1362; 2013, 737; 2017, 25, 1707, 4216)
