1. Each member of the staff of an outdoor youth program, including intern members, must obtain a physical examination, from a physician who is licensed to practice in this state, within the 12 months immediately preceding their participation in any outdoor activities pursuant to the program. The physical examination must include an assessment of ability to cope with physical stress. 2. A provider shall maintain in the personnel file of each member of the staff a written record of the physical examination required by subsection 1, and a written history of the health of that member, executed by a physician who is licensed to practice in this state.
