1. Upon the completion of a client’s participation in an outdoor youth program, the field administrator shall require the client to prepare a written summary of what the client did and learned in the program. The provider of the program shall retain the summary for not less than 2 years. 2. The provider and staff of an outdoor youth program shall encourage clients, their parents or guardians and other interested persons, and provide them with an opportunity, to prepare and submit to the provider a written evaluation of the program. The provider shall retain the evaluation for not less than 2 years. (Added to NRS by 1991, 2307)
