Statute 432b 069

'Information maintained by an agency which provides child welfare services' means data or information concerning reports and investigations made pursuant to this chapter, including, without limitation, the name, address, date of birth, social security number and the image or likeness of any child, family member of any child and reporting party or source, whether primary or collateral.
