Statute 432b 240

Any person who knowingly and willfully violates the provisions of NRS 432B.220 is guilty of: 1. For the first violation, a misdemeanor. 2. For each subsequent violation, a gross misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1985, 1373; A 2013, 1088)
