Statute 432b 5901

1. The provisions of chapter 128 of NRS, to the extent they do not conflict with the provisions of NRS 432B.5901 to 432B.5908, inclusive, apply to all proceedings concerning the termination of parental rights that are commenced pursuant to this section by an agency which provides child welfare services. 2. If a child is determined to be a child in need of protection pursuant to NRS 432B.550, an agency which provides child welfare services may, at any stage of a proceeding held pursuant to this chapter, file a motion for the termination of parental rights as part of the proceeding.
