Statute 432b 60745

For the purposes of NRS 432B.607 to 432B.6085, inclusive, a determination concerning whether a child presents a substantial likelihood of serious harm to himself or herself or others must be made as provided in NRS 433A.0195. (Added to NRS by 2023, 2329)
