Statute 433 2335

If a division facility provides mental health services using a mobile unit in a county whose population is 100,000 or more, the mobile unit must be available to provide such services from 8 a.m. or earlier to 12 a.m. or later, 7 days a week, including holidays. (Added to NRS by 2017, 2927)
