The Commission or its designated agent may inspect any state facility providing services for persons with mental illness, persons with intellectual disabilities, persons with developmental disabilities, persons with substance use disorders or persons with co-occurring disorders to determine if the facility is in compliance with the provisions of this title and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
