As used in NRS 433.538 to 433.543, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Administrative officer' means a person with overall executive and administrative responsibility for a division facility. 2. 'Division facility' means any unit or subunit operated by: (a) The Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department for the care, treatment and training of consumers; or (b) The Division of Child and Family Services of the Department pursuant to chapter 433B of NRS.
