Statute 433 5473

'Person with a disability' means a person who: 1. Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of the person; 2. Has a record of such an impairment; or 3. Is regarded as having such an impairment. (Added to NRS by 1999, 3230)
