Statute 433 638

1. The Division may bring an action in the name of the State of Nevada to enjoin any adult from engaging in conduct that violates the provisions of NRS 433.631. 2. It is sufficient in such an action to allege that the defendant did, on a certain date and in a certain place, engage in conduct for which a certificate is required by NRS 433.631 without a valid certificate.
