Statute 433a 013

'Administrator' means: 1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Administrator of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department. 2. Regarding the provision of services for the mental health of children pursuant to chapter 433B of NRS, the Administrator of the Division of Child and Family Services of the Department.
