Statute 433a 016

'Division facility' means: 1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, any unit or subunit operated by the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department for the care, treatment and training of consumers. 2. Any unit or subunit operated by the Division of Child and Family Services of the Department pursuant to chapter 433B of NRS. (Added to NRS by 1993, 2721; A 1999, 102; 2011, 425)
