1. Each public or private mental health facility and hospital in this State shall, in the manner and time prescribed by regulation of the State Board of Health, report to the Division: (a) The number of persons placed on a mental health crisis hold at the mental health facility or hospital pursuant to NRS 433A.160 during the immediately preceding quarter; and (b) Any other information prescribed by regulation of the State Board of Health. 2. The State Board of Health may adopt regulations that require a public or private mental health facility or hospital to adopt a plan for the discharge of a person admitted to the facility or hospital in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and that prescribe the contents of such a plan.
