1. Nothing in this chapter purports to deprive any person of any legal rights without due process of law. 2. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the provisions of NRS 433.456 to 433.543, inclusive, 433.545 to 433.551, inclusive, and chapter 433A of NRS apply to all persons subject to the provisions of this chapter.
