Statute 433b 190

1. The Division shall adopt regulations to: (a) Provide for a more detailed definition of abuse of a consumer, consistent with the general definition given in NRS 433B.340; (b) Provide for a more detailed definition of neglect of a consumer, consistent with the general definition given in NRS 433B.340; and (c) Establish policies and procedures for reporting the abuse or neglect of a consumer. 2. The regulations adopted pursuant to this section must, to the extent possible and appropriate, be consistent with the regulations adopted by the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department pursuant to NRS 433.331 and the Administrator of the Division of Aging and Disability Services of the Department pursuant to NRS 435.435.
