Statute 433b 290

1. The Division may: (a) Provide treatment for children with emotional disturbance at any division facility. (b) Operate treatment facilities specifically for the purpose of providing treatment for children with emotional disturbance. 2. Each administrative officer of a treatment facility, subject to the approval of the Administrator, shall establish regulations for the operation of the facility and coordinate the activities of the facility with those of public and private children’s service agencies in the State.
