As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: 1. 'County board' means a county mental health advisory board. 2. 'County director' means the director of a county program. 3. 'County program' means a county community mental health program. 4. 'Governing body' means the board of county commissioners. 5. 'Service' means a mental health service.
