All children with intellectual disabilities and children with developmental disabilities are entitled to benefits under this section and NRS 435.010 and 435.030: 1. Who are unable to pay for their support and care; 2. Whose parents, relatives or guardians are unable to pay for their support and care; and 3. If division facilities are to be utilized, whom the Division recognizes as proper subjects for services within such division facilities.
