Statute 435 172

'Certificate' means a certificate which authorizes a natural person or entity to provide jobs and day training services and which is issued pursuant to NRS 435.130 to 435.310, inclusive, and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto. (Added to NRS by 2009, 2234)
