A provider of jobs and day training services certified pursuant to NRS 435.130 to 435.310, inclusive: 1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, may enter into contracts with authorized county and school officials and public and private agencies to give care and training to persons with intellectual disabilities or persons with developmental disabilities who would also qualify for care or training programs offered by the public schools or by county welfare programs. 2.
