Statute 435 3305

As used in NRS 435.3305 to 435.339, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 435.331 and 435.3315 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2005, 1376; A 2013, 2730)
