For the purposes of this chapter, the Department may accept: 1. Money appropriated and made available by any act of the Congress of the United States; 2. Money and contributions made available by a county, a city, a public district or any political subdivision of this State; and 3. Money and contributions made available by a public or private corporation, a private foundation, an individual or a group of individuals. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3019)
