Statute 435 525

The Administrator shall: 1. Comply with any agreements made by the Administrator pursuant to NRS 435.515; and 2. Accept for admission to a division facility any resident child of this State for whom written permission for return and admission to a division facility was given by the Administrator pursuant to NRS 435.515.
