1. The district board of health may meet at such times and in such locations as the board determines by resolution. 2. Special meetings may be held upon notice to each member of the district board of health as often as and in such places within the county as the needs of the board require. 3. A majority of the members of the district board of health constitutes a quorum. 4. The district board of health shall adopt written policies and procedures for administering the board and maintaining its programs, projects and activities. (Added to NRS by 2005, 2465)
