Statute 439 5254

'Designated department' means: 1. The Department of Brain Health at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, or its successor department; or 2. If that department ceases to exist, another department at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, designated by the Board of Regents of the University of Nevada to perform the functions prescribed by NRS 439.5252 to 439.5284, inclusive.
