Upon the resolution of a public health emergency or other health event, the emergency team shall: 1. Make recommendations to the State Board of Health and local boards of health with respect to regulations or policies which may be adopted to prevent public health emergencies and other health events or to improve responses to public health emergencies and other health events; and 2. Evaluate the response of each state agency, division, board or other entity represented on the emergency team and make recommendations to the Governor and the Legislature or, if the Legislature is not in session, to the Legislative Commission and the Joint Interim Standing Committee on Health and Human Services with respect to actions and measures that may be taken to improve such responses.
