1. The Working Group shall: (a) Make recommendations to the Director concerning the information included in the database pursuant to NRS 439A.116; (b) Analyze the information contained in the database; and (c) Make recommendations to the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Education, the Board of Regents of the University of Nevada, the Legislature, professional licensing boards that license, certify or register providers of health care and other relevant persons and entities concerning ways in which to: (1) Attract more persons, including, without limitation, members of underrepresented groups, to pursue the education necessary to practice as a provider of health care and practice as a provider of health care in this State; and (2) Improve health outcomes and public health in this State. 2.
